The location was perfect and offered easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar and an in-room safe for added convenience. The nearby beach location was quite impressive, and the pool area was nice. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was acceptable.
The lack of trained and supervised staff made it difficult to get simple tasks done. there were several communication issues, as the staff didn't speak English.

Beautiful natural surroundings and soothing ocean waves near the hotel are truly breathtaking. The buffet menu offers a variety of delicious and healthy options. Although the hotel's rental vehicle system is a little complicated, local transportation is efficient and hassle-free with regular stops near the hotel.
The hotel staff was inexperienced and uncoordinated, making it difficult to communicate in English and efficiently serve guests. Long queues and long wait times were common.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location was convenient as it was close to transportation and had free parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety and was satisfying.

Functional accommodation and free parking are the best aspects of this hotel. the food is okay, but very kid-friendly. the pool area is nice, and the location is great. the beach is very close by, and there are good hiking opportunities nearby.
The staff are young and not well-trained. They do not speak English well, especially when it comes to serving drinks.
